I'm sure many of you know Hank jr. covered this Muddy Waters classic, and added several lines of his own. However, I have never heard him play it live. Has anyone here heard him do it live? I know he has so many great songs that he can't do everything, but that song is so bad ass I think it would be awesome if he did it live.

Don't you think it would be cool if he did? (BTW I'm not trying to question the man's song selection I'm just making a suggestion)

I agree, I use to like it when he would do his acoustic set and play the ride and go into Man of Steel and A Country Boy Can Survive. That was cool!

Yes, I've heard him play it live. Was in Little Rock, Arkansas somewhere in the mid 80's. The live version was pretty much exactly what the album outtake version sounded like.

I saw Hank a few times in Little Rock back when I was in high school.

I have never heard Hank sing the whole song live....But, I have heard him do excerpts of it...as part of some of the medley stuff he does.
