You are right, rtabb. But, "the establishment" seems to have gotten itself into a cycle now, that they can't break. Years ago, I could see that maybe they felt like Hank was too "dangerous" (as one interview stated that I saw on CMT). But now, they have ignored him for so long they would look foolish to induct him now.

I'm not stating my point very well. :? What I mean is that the longer they wait, the more foolish they will look for not having done it sooner. To use an analogy, I have a co-worker who always makes her job harder than it has to be. Even after people point out to her that she is doing it the hard way, she is too STUBBORN to change because that would be admitting that she was wrong. It's the same thing with the Hall of Fame. Hank will never get inducted until the current "regime" in Nashville dies or steps aside.

Hank is "the elephant in the room," if you're familiar with that phrase. Everybody sees him, and everybody knows he's there. But nobody is willing to talk about him.

always cheatin' the man. as far as alabama they deserve to,but ain't excited. quit likin' them after they sold out & did that n'sync song. plus went as far as singin' with them on the award show,made me wanna puke. you'd never see confederate railroad or diamond rio pull that stunt.

Hank really does deserve to be inducted. But I think Alamba& Glen Cambell have earned it too. I agree that they have neglected to reconize Hank for quite some time.
