"If Heaven Ain't a Lot Like Dixie" and "Dixie on my Mind" are both great songs, and similar b/c they celebrate the south and make fun of New York. So, which is your favorite?
P.S. I know you love them both but if you had to pick one which would it be

I thought the voting might go this way. Its kinda funny though b/c Dixie on my Mind was a #1 hit and the other only went to #5. But I guess what a song goes to on the charts doesn't really matter. I mean A country boy can survive didn't even go to #1.

Actually, i've noticed the BEST songs hardly ever make #1. If they even get on the charts at all

Thats true. A Country Boy Can Survive went to #2 and I saw one time some stupid Kenny Rogers song is what kept it from being #1. Who knows with those charts anyway.

Just remember, NYC is only a small part of the state. The only good thing about the city is the Yankees.

I like the Pirates in the NL and the Angels in AL. Everyone else I could care less about but I do indeed hate the Yankees more than any other team in MLB. :D

DEFINITLY DIXIE ON MY MIND. THEY ARE BOTH GOOD. DIXIE TELLS OF HIM TRYING SO HARD TO FIND HIS ROOTS, WITH WHAT LITTLE HE HAS TO WORK WITH, BUT HE HAS SEEN ONE SQUIRREL AND ONE PORQUPINE.
