Wrestling is not fake. The actual competitoin is as it is scripted. Grab the documentary Beyond The Mat.

That being said,

Christian Cage wasnt a champ in WWE because Vince McMahon is obsessed with steroid freaks and ass kissers (Batista and John Cena respectively) As for ECW that belt dont mean shit no more. Being ECW Champion is hurting Lashley more than it helps. And now that Kurt Angle is a TNA Wrester, well that just seals TNA's superiority

Wrestling IS fake. The blood is real. They are paid large amounts of money to abuse their bodies.

Christian had a number of chances for the WWE title and he lost every time. In a REAL match John Cena would take Mr. Cage apart, give him the "FU" and end his career.
