Those damn bluegill are on steroids!!!

I have seen the world record bluegill mount several times, it is in a tackle shop in Huntsville AL. It weighed 4 lbs 12 oz, and it don't look as big as those fish. That record has stood since 1950.

The second best bluegill on record was 4 lbs 10 oz and was caught in 1947.

The funny thing that most people don't know is that both fish were caught at the same lake. A small lake outside Birmingham AL called Ketona Lake.

Mr Doe was this where yall was fishin?
