I would like to thank my wife, Honkytonkspecial, and my very good friend, Hoss, for making these pictures possible. Neither of them seem to believe in taking "No" for an answer, and I am very thankful for that. HTS worked for WEEKS to get to know the right people, and with Hoss' negotiation skills, she should be an attorney.

We just found the link on the City Stages website. Some guy named "Scott Schram." :?:
and what poster does mrs hts have folded up :roll:Umm. I think I will plead the 5th on that one, and let her explain it for herself.

I really wanted to show that poster to Hank, but they ran us through like cattle, so I just kept my mouth shut and had my picture taken. I never even looked at the camra. I just kept looking at Hank.

Thanks, Wily. It's something I'll never forget.
By the way, HTS almost sent one of these pics to her mother. Then, she realized I had a beer in my hand. (Her father is a preacher.)  So, I had to doctor it up a little bit. Maybe I should put a Countrytime lemonade in my hand. As for Double Barrel, he's just one of my "sinner" friends. (LOL) I'm trying to get him saved.

Yes, and she doesn't seem to care at all. No lawsuit will be forthcoming.

By the way, I e-mailed the photographer to see if I could get the full-size pictures. He e-mailed me back and was very nice about it, and told me how to get them. But he did point out that the pictures are marked "Creative Commons with Attribution," which means I just need to give credit for them. I said, "No problem."  So, thanks to Scott Schram, who is a City Stages photographer (not associated with Hank).

Very cool. Awesome RS. I'm thrilled that you found those. I knew you would. And yes, HTS and Hoss could make up quite a law firm all on their own rights.

But I feel bad that you didn't get your pic taken. I have always been taught that the definition of a southern gentleman is "someone who always makes sure that the people around him are just as comfortable as he is." You are ALWAYS more concerned for the people around you than yourself. If there is ever another opportunity for this, I will be pointing the camera at you, my friend.

Thank you sooooooooo much for finding those pics RS. There were 3 sets of pictures of me and little joe that I didn't even know existed. That 3rd picture with me and little joe is hilarious. Both our mouths are open and we look like we are in shock.......which we were.

You're welcome. And have you ever seen such a big smile on HTS's face? In 13 years of marriage and 4 before that, I have never seen that smile before. You could probably check her for cavities, just by looking at the pic.

Poor Bulldawg, he got thrown in the pool and then didn't get his picture taken with Hank. I think we owe him a lot. Next time Bulldawg goes first.

Poor Bulldawg.
I do feel very bad about him not getting in a picture. He said "it's ok," but I know that he would have loved to have been in a picture. I had him so stressed about getting a good picture of us, that he didn't have a chance to think about himself, so thank you to Bulldawg too. :D
