Some family pictures I found a few of my dad. I know several of us have been in the military and all. Anyway, this was taken in 1966 while he was stationed in Hornsfelt Germany. He's the guy on the left. The colored fellow is his PC "Personal Carrier" commander.


Anyway I just thought I'd share a pic of my pop when he was a PFC.. :lol: :lol: :lol:

1966 ain't that long ago--seem like yesterday. no crack,unless your pants slipped down. didn't have to lock your house at nite. only used your gun in the bed or to go hunting.those we're the days. wish all you young-uns :lol: :lol: :lol:

it's like that around here I know plenty of folks that don't lock there doors
we got plenty of shotguns and dogs way back here in the country
got 3 neighbors but can't see their places for a good ways all I can see is woods a holler and a few hills just like we like it

and they got 2 seater out houses too 6 or 8 folks it's still
country here

not much crimes here either less someone is is some elses corn patch or get apples out of the tree or runnin' out the back door when the old man gets home :lol:

I hear ya bro, alot sure has changed since those days...Can remember when I left for the service....sure could have used a botttle of Dr. Pepper, and a moon pie. then!!!! A pic of me and my cousin, right before we left for Vietnam days... I'm the geek on the left....my cousin is no longer with us!!!! :cry: He is with our maker!!!!
