that was not the juice but this is after pressing the hulls. notice the meter in the must. it tells me what the potential alcohol level will be, if i didn't add any extra sugar. but i will because sugar mixed with yeast makes more alcohol :D

top that off with enough fresh well water to make five gallons, add ten pounds of sugar, a packet of yeast, stir up real good, seal the top with an air lock to let the gases out,and you are up and running. of course it's not that easy, but just wanted to show it is fun to make your own wine. Just relized i didn't have pic of the sealed container. so anyway heres a pic of me going to see hank in columbus :D

Hey, that is interesting! Like you said, I know it's more difficult than the pictures make it look, but that gives me some idea of how it's made. :smile:

I've made wine before, years ago, and I know it is a big process, but well worth it....can be some powerful stuff..thanks for the pics!!! :D :cool: :lol:
