It all depends on what you put it on, but I think Swiss is pretty good on sandwiches. :smile:

Pepper Jack. Some co-workers had some aged sharp Cheddar straight from Wisconsin the other night at work, and it was good. I never knew the black around it was wax,.I always thought it was mold. Learn somem new evry day
