38 Special opened the show right on time, and really brought the house to there feet. 38 Special played most of there hits, and were onstage for about 45 mins. By the time Hank came out the crowd was to say the least, "cracked up".

Hank came out wearing no hat, and sporting a Carolina Panthers Jersey, number 75, with Bocephus on the back. Near the end of Hanks show he had a big suprise for the fans, Kid Rock made a special appearance and did a song and the ending with Hank.

Setlist was as follows

Women I've Never Had
If Heaven Ain't Alot Like Dixie
The Conversation
The Blues Man
Thats How We Do It In Dixie
Can't You See (Intrumental only)
KawLiga
All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight
Your Cheating Heart/You Win Again (Medly on Piano)
Whole Lotta Shaking Going On
Outlaw Women *without the band
Dinosaur *without the band
Tear In My Beer *without the band
Whiskey Bent and Hell Bound *without the band
Country Boy Can Survive *without the band
Born to Boogie
Family Tradition (With Kid Rock)
If You Don't Like Hank Williams *Closing (With Kid Rock)

Hank Played for about 1 hour and 15 mins

Lynyrd Skynyrd Came out and the crowd went totally wild, I left about an hour through Skynyrds Set to avoid the traffic jams, but Skynyrd was totally rocking the place, playing every song that made them the greatest rock group around.

My only complaint about the show was that Hank show seemed to had a problem with the sound system, maybe it was just me but it seemed to be alot more feedback and the music would overide Hanks singing from time to time. It didn't seem as bad with Skynyrd or 38 Special.

There was a sound problem, but I heard it on .38 Special too, but it was fixed by Skynyrd.

Either way, best concert I've ever seen overall.

Cool! Uncle Mark asked last night if I wanted to go with him to Atlanta for a couple days in the summer for a medical procedure he is having, and I said hell, let's hit the Hank show. We'll see how things progress, but I hope it works out.

On another note, something I meant to post in the other thread, they cut off the beer sales halfway through Hank's act. Most places cut off once the closing act takes the stage, but this was waay early. There was well over 2 hours left when they shut down.

Hope you can make Atlanta.

I'll have some Jack Daniels with me so I won't mind if they shut down the lines.
