Welcome to Nashville when you get here. Ive been to the Corvette Plant twice. They bring you from start to finish, except the paint room. Use to be free, but now is $5.00. Have pictures of some famous buyers of the car. Bowling Green is about an Hour from Nashville.
You can take a bus tour to see some of the singers and other high filooters, from the Grand ole opry tour.
Been to Graceland also Twice. Im not a Elvis fan, but is very interesting, if you like him I guess. First tour in 94' was guided by a person, but a couple years ago, they give you a head phone set, that you can rewind, or as I did fast forward. About a 4 hour drive from Nashville. 3 in a Vette I would guess.
As for all the stuff you like to do when you come to Nashville, just park somewhere downtown, and follow your ears and nose, its all within spitting distance.
This may help a little.

Just take yourself down to Broadway and your honky-tonk intuition will do the rest. There is a TON of good music, bars, and restaurants all within a few city blocks.

I agree with LaBorn and Rebel Son, downtown is the place to go. Tootsies, The Stage, Legends, hit them all or belly up. Can't go wrong. There's also a place called Nashvlle Palace. It's over by Opryland. Never been there myself, (can't seem to ever leave downtown) but I heard it is good.
Be careful going to Bowling Green, I got nailed doing 92, by a county deputy, awhile back.
If you're in to Elvis, you're gonna love Graceland.
Hope you have fun. I'll be back in Nashville over Memorial day weekend.
