Problems with color?

Am I doing something wrong, or is there something wrong with the "Colors" button? When I click on the dropdown arrow, nothing appears except a tiny white rectangle (about the height and width of a single character). It seems like that button tries to open a pop-up window, but it needs some viagra. :lol:
