I don't remember Hank and Skynyrd ever playing "together" when they toured. But I couldn't make it to the Atlanta show, so I guess they were just waiting for an opportunity for me not to be there. :roll:

I love their music, but seeing Skynyrd so many times has really driven the point home for me that Ronnie was the artist in the group. Bless their hearts, but the music just doesn't hold up without him. :-(

I saw Skynrd and Hank in Huntsville in an outdoor concert and Hank came out and played T for Texas with them. That was the first time I ever saw Hank follow anyone but He played lead guitar and sang too.
