No matter how you felt about Michael Jackson, I think you've gotta be glad that they have charged his doctor with manslaughter. I'm glad to hear it. :?

A doctor killed Hank Sr., and Elvis, and countless other celebrities, just because there was MONEY involved. It's time to make an example of one of them. :mad:

Well... I'm not too sure about that. I mean, drug-fueled celebrities will always find someone to provide them the drugs. If their current doctor refuse, they fire him/her and go to the next one. I still believe that drug addiction is your own problem, like cigarette addiction was mine for 20 years. No one else's to blame.
I might be wrong, but that's the way I see it.

doctors dont kill people, people kill theirselves, i could go home and take a whole lot of medicine my doctor has given me, but that would make me stupid,and dead, so i dont do it, i dont think its the doctors fault , its his own fault.

Well, you all have good points. You're right that the person is more at fault than his doctor. But society holds doctors to a higher standard. Their #1 rule is "First, do no harm." If I had $100 million, I could probably find a doctor that would tell me it's OK to eat McDonald's at every meal.

Yes, I am going to eat it anyway, with or without a doctor's approval. That's my fault. But if a doctor helps me get my Big Macs and fries, then isn't he at fault, too? ;scr After all, I am hurting no one but myself, but he would be hurting another person (me). :? Oh, well. Just my thoughts on this thing.

Murray= Murderer. Doctor's should help patients not hurt them. If he didn't want to do what he was doing to Michael he should morally not done anything that he knew could hurt him. Putting MJ to sleep through anesthesia you have to admit is pretty fishy and there wasn't something right there. Yeah MJ had problems, but if he didn't have a drug dealer AKA the Doctor then he probably wouldn't have died. Yes there is fault on Michael for wanting these powerful drugs, but there is also fault on the doctor as well I feel. A doctor should be a doctor not a drug dealer and that's what Murray was. He should of been focused on getting MJ help with his addiction not hurting him more. So whatever his sentence is he deserves it. Another great musical icon dead because of a Doctor wanting to cash bigger and bigger paychecks. It just makes me sick.
